Grace in Action: Archbishop Opoko Celebrates Pastor Mrs. Chioma Ibezim, PhD, on Her 50th Birthday

It was a double celebration of grace, impact, and global recognition as Pastor Mrs. Chioma Ibezim, PhD, President of Singles and Married International Fellowship, marked her 50th birthday anniversary while also being named among the 100 Outstanding Women in Nigeria by The Guardian Newspaper.

Beyond her pastoral calling, Dr. Ibezim is an international speaker, leadership consultant, marriage coach, youth advocate, philanthropist, and humanitarian.
- She once led Nigerian youth to the UN in New York for empowerment programs and headed delegations to Turkey on Peace Resolution and Conflict Management.
- She earned a United Nations scholarship for a second Master’s in Conflict Management.

- During the COVID-19 lockdown, she fed six villages, bringing hope at a time of despair. “This is exceptional. I am proud of you, my daughter,” Archbishop Opoko said warmly.
Her humanitarian service earned her the recognition as “Mother Africa.”
Royal Roots and Family Life
Born into the royal dynasty of the late Eze (Dr.) B.A.E. Nwauwa, Pastor Chioma is the 12th of 40 children. Against all odds, she became the first in her lineage to break educational barriers, later attracting a ₦1 billion road project to her hometown in 2021.
She is married to Rev. Prof. Emma Ibezim, a Professor of Law and minister of the gospel. Their marriage is blessed with two miracle children, Samuel and Emmanuella Ibezim.
