On Tuesday, September 30, 2025 , President Tinubu commissioned four major projects under the stewardship of Governor Uzodinma: the Assumpta Flyover, the dualised Owerri–Umuahia Road, the refurbished Concord Hilton Hotel, and the state-of-the-art Emmanuel Iwunanyanwu International Conference Centre .
