The Archbishop of the Methodist Church Nigeria, Diocese of Umuahia, Most Rev. (Dr.) Chibuzo R. Opoko, has publicly commended the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, on his 2nd anniversary in office, describing his leadership as impactful, visionary, and truly transformational.

A Legacy of Unprecedented Governance

In a powerful congratulatory message, Archbishop Opoko praised Governor Otti’s administration for its “unparalleled” progress, particularly in critical areas such as:

• Workers’ and pensioners’ welfare
