Umuahia, Abia State — The Methodist Archbishop of Umuahia, His Grace, Most Rev. (Dr.) Chibuzo Raphael Opoko, has joined family, colleagues, and well-wishers to celebrate Prof. Azubuike Kanario Onyebuchi, the Chief Medical Director of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Umuahia, on the occasion of his birthday.

• Kidney Transplant Milestones: Successfully completing 13 kidney transplant surgeries, with ongoing plans to establish a permanent renal transplant complex.
• IVF Centre Development: Establishment of a state-of-the-art In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Centre, the first of its kind in any Federal Medical Centre in South East Nigeria, giving hope to many families struggling with infertility.
• Medical Training and Capacity Building: Sponsorship of doctors, nurses, and specialists for advanced training, positioning FMC Umuahia as a hub for modern subspecialty medical practice.
