On this glorious day, we stand on the shoulders of a firebrand whose heart was once “strangely warmed”—a divine spark that ignited a worldwide movement of holiness, discipline, and mission. Today, we do not merely mark a date in history; we rekindle a flame, reawaken a call, and renew a covenant that echoes from Aldersgate to the ends of the earth.

We rejoice with all Methodist faithful, as we join the global Methodist family in commemorating Wesley Day—a sacred remembrance of the Aldersgate experience that transformed John Wesley and forever altered the course of Christianity.

Let this day remind us that revival begins with one heart surrendered, one soul set ablaze, and one voice ready to proclaim the gospel without fear.
